When and where does ITB Berlin Convention take place?

ITB Berlin Convention takes place from Wednesday, March 07 through Friday, March 09, 2012, at the ITB Berlin fairground.

Who can attend ITB Berlin Convention?

All trade visitors and ITB Berlin exhibitors can attend ITB Berlin Convention for free. The convention is included in any ITB Berlin ticket.

How do I obtain seminar content?

A selection of video content as well as presentations or seminar papers is available for download at the Download Center.

What events and seminars are taking place at ITB Berlin Convention 2011?

The ITB Berlin Convention program 2012 can be found at www.itb-convention.com/programby the end of December. To view the programs from previous years please refer to the Download Center.

How do I become a speaker at ITB Berlin Convention?

If you are an expert on issues related to the tourism industry and would like to be considered as an ITB Berlin Convention speaker, then we would like to hear from you! There are three different session formats: keynote speech, panel discussion or interview. Please email us a summary of your proposed session as well as your biography (E-mail: alexandra.saless@multivisio.de).

Registration / Ticketing

Do I need to register to attend the ITB Berlin Convention?

No prior registration is needed in order to participate at the ITB Berlin Convention. The ITB Berlin Exhibitor and Trade Visitor Ticket enables you to participate at any ITB Berlin Convention Session at no additional cost.

How much do I pay to participate at ITB Berlin Convention?

With your ITB Berlin Exhibitor or Trade Visitor Ticket you can participate all ITB Berlin Convention sessions free of charge, so no extra ticket needs to be purchased.

Where can I buy ITB Berlin Trade Visitor Tickets?

Registration is linked to the purchase of a trade visitor badge. You can do this easily online at the ITB website at any time before and during the ITB: Registration / Ticket Shop. You can also register by mail, fax or e-mail with MB Capital Services prior to the ITB. During the ITB, a trade visitor voucher can be obtained from any ticket office and exchanged for a personal trade visitor badge at the trade visitor registration desk in the ICC or at the main entrance south.

How can I get in touch with other trade visitors?

All staff members of your company addressable at ITB Berlin, may sign up free of charge for the ITB Networking tool. ITB Networking enables trade visitors and press delegates to contact your colleagues and to schedule appointments before the upcoming fair. Please use our ITB Berlin online networking tool available at the Virtual Market Place®.

How does accreditation work?

You can apply for accreditation starting December. Further information is available here: Accreditation.

Smoking Ban

Due to legal restrictions, a strict smoking ban on the whole fairground (incl. ICC) is in force since 1 January, 2008. We kindly ask you to smoke only within the specific assigned areas. We advise you as an exhibitor of ITB Berlin to inform your contractual partners about the non-smoker protection law.
