Highlights from the ITB Business Travel Days in 2014
Travel managers, office professionals and event planners from home and abroad came together again for three days at the trade fair grounds in Berlin in a quest for strategic ideas and concrete tips for their work. The latest know-how was presented by over 40 experts in talks, workshops and panel debates. There were 32 themes to choose from, including successful communication in travel management, data security, Total Trip Management, women as business travellers, mobile solutions, TMCs and travel managers, demographic change and diversity, and protecting staff in security hot spots.

ITB MICE Day – an all-day event – once again attracted a huge audience. The workshops ot the “Business Travel Day for Operational Excellence” created a hands-on atmosphere to look at benchmarking, purchasing travel agency services, fleet management, and posting workers abroad.
