Nik Yazmin Nik Azman
Yazmin heads the Marketing team at Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), tasked with overseeing the overall promotion and positioning of Malaysia’s healthcare travel segment. This includes the government level interventions and policy advocacy, as well as tactical strategies on market selection and penetration. In addition, she is also responsible for the strategising and implementation of digital marketing across all segments and markets.
Yazmin is a finance practitioner by training, having experience in Assurance, Corporate Finance, Islamic Finance and Investment Banking. With a specialisation in Mergers & Acquisitions within the Oil and Gas segment, she brings with her significant exposure in cross border transactions, as well as strong financial knowledge and project management capabilities. She is also experienced in corporate development, having formed the core team for two new organisations - a regional Islamic Finance Centre of Excellence, as well as a government agency tasked with human capital development and management for the country.
Yazmin holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom and continues to have keen interest in nation building and graduate development
