Konstantinos G. Bouyouris
Konstantinos studied Agronomic Sciences and got specialized in ecological and sustainable agriculture, rural development and organic & biodynamic farming. He has been setting up bridging projects between farming and tourism on Crete since 1995, leading the path of connecting local food production with tourism business on the island.
Konstantinos holds hands-on experience in applying sustainable practices, promoting local food production, building short food supply chains and managing resort landscapes.
His is an inspiring tutor in the fields of farmers’ training, personal coaching and group dynamics and community interactions management.
