Julian’s career spans 20 years, 14 of which were spent in senior management positions for prestigious brands such as Belmond (Orient-Express), The Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott. He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, and a diploma in Hotel Management from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. At The Lux Collective, Julian is directly responsible for driving top-line revenue and associated businesses. He ensures that all strategies are aligned and designed to yield profitable sales, increased market share, and competitive advantage.
