Consumer behaviors around shopping and travel booking are changing. This leads to new challenges for the travel industry: from what people can choose their next destination via the booking experience to how and when they will pay for their upcoming trip. In other words: The booking experience is becoming part of the overall vacation experience. We will showcase how PayPal can enhance the overall travel experience by making the payment part easier, more convenient and flexible. We will draw a light on consumer needs and include examples, both from classic travel agencies and the online travel world.
